Pastoral Support
At HWPS, we aim for all children to flourish in terms of academic progress and through their personal development. Our Flourish programme underpins all that we do and offer, and supports children with their mental health and wellbeing. The tree symbolises how we ensure individualised support is also available for some children. The trunk shows what we offer all children, that is part of our everyday school routines and actions, with the rest of the tree highlighting the specific, extra support that some children may need. Our programme is forever updating, so there will be other support we offer that is not already listed above.
