Harmans Water Primary School

In line with the Equality Act 2010 and our Public Sector Equality Duty, Harmans Water Primary School publishes measurable Equality Objectives.

Our current Equality Objectives are:

Objective 1:

To improve the performance of disadvantaged children at GDS in order to diminish the difference between their achievement and that of their peers in English and Maths.

Objective 2:

To develop the recording and monitoring of prejudicial language and behaviour in order to identify trends across the school and formulate an appropriate action plan in relation to protected characteristics.

Objective 3:

To improve the performance of children in receipt of SEN support, especially at KS1, in order to diminish the difference between their achievement and that of their peers in English and Maths.

Governors review progress annually.
